Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for the role of Bo. Silk was a native of Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk were the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director. She also teaches drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's early memories were of going to play rehearsals and watching her mom perform. Silk was featured in many commercials while she was just a child. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. The early stage work she did included at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved in Toronto for her acting to progress, and then moved to Los Angeles California. She met her future husband, Seth Cooperman, at an Actor's workshop held in Los Angeles in 2007. When she got engaged in 2008, they got married in 2009. They renewed their vows on April 10th 2011 at Fredericton at a Jewish wedding ceremony following Silk's changed her religion to Judaism. Silk had an infant son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron, Silk's second child was born in the month of May 2016. Silk is a variety of television roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. She was nominated for a Gemini Award in 2009 for her performance. Silk was cast in the lead role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus on the television show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming the finale of the third series. The actress announced her pregnancy to the viewers in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special that aired on 6 January 2013. Silk, who has been working on Lost Girl since the season's third finale episode was first conceived on January 6, 2013, announced on Twitter her readiness to return on June 4, 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on the fourth. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of its favorite TV Couples ever. E! Magazine declared that they were the top Television Couples in 2013 Entertainment Television. Silk's growth has brought an enormous online following on social media.
